    Honestly, Shore360 is a solid place to start your career.
    The good thingsThe Culture: The environment is super chill. It doesn’t feel like you're just another employee; it really feels like a community where everyone is welcome. Supportive Team: The people here are the best part. Even as a fresh grad, I never felt lost because everyone is so patient. They’re always game to teach you the ropes and help you succeed. Constant Learning: I’m picking up so many practical skills that I didn't get from college. Workplace Comfort: The office is comfortable, and the monthly activities are a great bonus.
    The challengesThe work can get pretty busy. It’s not a "slack off" kind of place; you have to stay on your toes to keep up with the tasks and stay organized.

    My first month has been a genuinely positive experience. The team is welcoming and supportive.
    The good thingsThis is a great workplace. They provide free shuttle service for onsite employees, which is a huge help. The onboarding team and the entire staff make you feel right at home from day one. There’s a strong sense of camaraderie, and the company feels very family‑oriented. I live 110 km away from the office, but despite the distance, my stay here has been worth every sacrifice.
    The challengesThe work may not always be suited for a less‑experienced workforce, as our clients operate at a fast pace. However, the company is very open to suggestions and continuous improvements. This creates an opportunity for training programs to be designed for a more diverse range of experience levels and personalities.

    The good thingsFixed day off - I really like fixed weekend off and no work for PH Public Holiday. An approachable Account Manager – especially Ms. Angela. When it comes to work or if you encounter any problems, she’s always just one call away.
    The challengesThere is a noticeable lack of perks and incentives for client-based employees. Salary increases for client-based staff should be initiated proactively, rather than waiting for employees to request them. The Christmas basket could also be improved, as it contains fewer and less valuable items compared to what I received from my previous employer. In addition, it would be highly beneficial to provide shuttle services for employees working in the MB Building, particularly those on the 8 AM to 5 PM schedule. Even if only a few employees fall under this group, such support would be especially helpful during the rainy season.

Following Philippine holidays is a big plus, as it gives employees the chance to spend time with family and attend important gatherings. This shows that the company respects personal time and understands the importance of rest and connection outside work. Having this balance creates a positive work environment, keeps employees motivated, and supports long-term productivity and growth.
    The challengesThe company lacks initiatives that make employees feel valued beyond the basics. Unlike other companies that offer perks such as free meals every month or additional benefits, Shore360 provides a straightforward work setup where you simply report and follow your schedule. While the stability is there, the absence of employee-centered perks and engagement programs creates a work environment that feels limited in support and appreciation.

    The good thingsBoth staff and clients are encouraged to follow processes which makes things easier for everyone. Oversight is minimal and is easily identified and solved because of the implemented processes. I carried this practice in the other companies that I worked for.
    The challengesThere always is a reason for not providing salary increase. It's not even due to poor performance. When I left, my replacement was given a high salary and his tasks were lessened.

One of the highlights has been the quarterly agency events, where I had the chance to bond with colleagues over fun games.     The good thingsShore360 Inc. is quite young when I started working here in 2017, but everything was very smooth and it is apparent that the people here are experienced and professional. I've been working with my client for almost 4 years now. Shore360 helped me in my career growth and secure stable work despite the situation we're all facing today.
    The challengesThere's not much of a challenge for me. As I have a very understanding client, I was able to deal directly with them and have Shore's support over every matter.
