    The good thingsI recommend fresh grads to work in this company. You will learn a lot. You'll gain necessary experiences in work as well as in real life. They even have trainings before you'll be assigned about larger tasks.The superiors are definitely approachable.
    The challengesThe challenge is working with diverse people having different personalities, beliefs, and principles. If you're strong enough to deal with them, I recommend you to work in this company. Just remember that conflicts can't really be avoided so maintain professionalism. Challenges concerning work itself are bearable. Being highly opinionated would not help in your career in this company.

    The experience is great and they provide the employees room for growth.
    The good thingsThe employer and employees have a good relationship with each other and they manage to complete tasks through good teamwork and proper communication.
    The challengesThe challenges working in the company is the language barrier when it comes to analyzing the terms of the workplace for an Interpreter like me; yet everyday is a challenge as I face new terms; the flow of the Production site, and other related matter.
