Great People, Poor ManagementThe good thingsThe best part of working here was the people. My colleagues were genuinely fun, supportive, and easy to get along with, which made even busy days more bearable. The company had a generally good culture, and team leads were approachable, creating a collaborative and friendly work environment.
The challengesManagement could be more professional. There were moments when they lashed out, which affected morale. The workload and ad-hoc responsibilities were often excessive, making it difficult to maintain work-life balance. Additionally, the office location wasn’t very commute-friendly, which added to the daily stress.
