    Great People, Poor Management
    The good thingsThe best part of working here was the people. My colleagues were genuinely fun, supportive, and easy to get along with, which made even busy days more bearable. The company had a generally good culture, and team leads were approachable, creating a collaborative and friendly work environment.
    The challengesManagement could be more professional. There were moments when they lashed out, which affected morale. The workload and ad-hoc responsibilities were often excessive, making it difficult to maintain work-life balance. Additionally, the office location wasn’t very commute-friendly, which added to the daily stress.

    Too much unecessary assessment which is completely unrelated to the job.
    The good thingssalary is good benifits are good, HR is good and considerate and give you your last salary even if you don't asked for it.
    The challengeseveryday there is assessment even and every week there is presentation on things you are not involve in.

    The good thingsYou will gain new skills and knowledge. They offer a high salary but too much stress of work. They have good benefits and Profit sharing.
    The challengesThis company is for single only. Too much work, need to extend without pay to meet your KPI. Unrealistic scorecard. The company is too strict regarding work accomplishments, and you must meet all client requests and have no work-life balance.

    Salary Wise Company - Good benefits
    The good thingsSalary is good depending on the account. If the account is giving big revenue, expect high salary. But if the account is just small, this means small salary. You are being paid what you worked for.
    The challengesCompany is not too strict regarding work accomplishments. This would be a fall in terms of client satisfaction. You can be transferred from one account to another without notice. Still depends on your superiors and co-employees.

    The good thingsGreat management. Well coordinated HR team. Employer supports its employees on its client operations. Supportive regional team to local sites. Well compensated, benefits w/ salary increase and bonuses.
    The challengesWorkload. Toxic work environment especially if there are critical equipment issues. Demanding clients. even if your working for 5 days you still have to monitor the office on weekends. Can't feel the work life balance.

    During Pandemic the company didn't value care for their employee
    The good thingsI don't see any good things on this company except if you will be deploy in the central office because being deploy in the site base is full of anxiety and stressful.
    The challengesyou will engage to the client without necessary training or disclosure regarding the client profile and possible working environment that you can encounter once you already deploy in one of their client and the other things is the company give limited benefits to their employee. Promise I already experience that during pandemic when the company did not issue mandatory safety gear to their employee and risking their life for company good.

    The good thingsThe Learning and development is superb. You got to capitalize on this aspect. If you'll be assigned in a good client, you'll enjoy work, other wise you're always fire fighting at work.
