    Working in the JGM Finance is a good start but you cannot expect to stay for long if you are looking for a career growth
    The good thingsThe top management is approachable and easy to talk with. They listen to the concerns of the employees and make sure their rights is protected. From the day 1 of the training, you will be paid just like a regular employee. They also have skills development and enhancement. The company makes sure that all the employes are equipped with skills and knowledge
    The challengesWorking in the company is great experience, they have all the benefits according to the law, JGM even have a in-house insurance. But the pay the law dictates is not enough to make a well-off living. JGM is for people building up their career.
