    Overall, my stint was full of learnings. I'm able to apply everything that I learned from staying in JGSOC on my current job. Given the chance and the right opportunity, I'll definitely go back.
    The good thingsThe company and the role provides extensive knowledge and exposure to different industries, adding to the employees professional growth. Superiors are also supportive and encourages participation on company activities and seminars. A really great place to work if you want challenge.

    My awesome work experience at JGSOC.
    The good thingsWhat I like the most with my company is that I get the exposure to various instruments, process, analyzers. More over, I get the chance to partake and experience and observe process standards, safety awareness and different maintenance procedures and strategies.
    The challengesThe challenges that I faced in my stay in JGSOC is that I have to maintain 3 operating plants with only few manpower. It was humongous in number we get to accomplish tasks, one at a time.

    work experience is good because this is the only petrochemical plant in the Philippines that uses naphtha as its primary feed. Experience can be used to apply for work abroad.

    It's a good company but lacks in employee benefits and perks
    The good thingsThe Company keeps on expanding and involve dynamic activities while keeping its accounting system updated. The team is very competitive with good relationship working toward a common goal.
    The challengesThere are a lot of task to do with limited manpower and minimal benefits and perks for its employees. Work life balance is also compromise because of workloads - we have to work overtime and on weekends without OT pay.
