The good thingsPeople and the culture are really good, collaboration at its best and the digital transformation is at the forefront.
The challengesBenefits is still a work in progress. They finally improved the VL and SL which are available after 6 months. HMO for dependents is still something to be worked at

    Great company
The good thingsThe management style is something similar to second family where nurturing and training employees is one of their priorities. A lot of programs to enhance the growth of employees were provided not to mention the benefit that they could get. And because the challenge at work is always present, they have a very wonderful Managers, who are well experienced to lead the team.
The challengesYou have to stay on top of the game to make yourself relevant to the changing need of the organization. There will always be constant nagging feeling why you are doing what you are doing but 7 years will pass that you would never realize that things were moving so fast.

    Great Place to work
The good thingsGood training ground, you get exposed to fast-paced transactions and high stress situations which makes the employees immune to common stressors. Company promotes continuous learning through seminars, trainings, etc. the basic pay is good but I hope they can improve more on the benefits.
The challengesThe compensation and benefits can use some improvement. Maybe the company can offer more benefits to its employees. Aside from these setback, the company is a great place to work.

    Wide Ranging Opportunities
The good thingsThe Company's policies and regulations are well established. Job description is defined. My field of work has offered me a lot of room for learning and progress. My direct superior has given me enough but calibrated autonomy to perform my job. I was able to tour around Mindanao as relative to my tasks. The pay for my position was on the average but the perks complemented it.
The challengesDespite my satisfaction in the company, politics is also present just like in any other company. The company would be in a better state if this is eradicated. Personal things should not get in the way of performing tasks.
