    The good thingsI do not understand the reviews below. First and foremost, most companies will have toxic people. However, the people who have wrote their reviews may have been asked to leave or were not performers at all. At the end of the year, management always reviews people and increases the salary of those deserving. I was fortunate enough to receive a handsome bonus because they recognized my work through the past five years. There is a huge emphasis on Mentoring culture.
    The challengesBiosecurity is pretty strict but understandable due to Covid-19, ASF and other animal related pandemics. Some of their positions require you to stay-in but better safe than sorry.

    Terrible Management and No room for improvement

    The challengespolitics inside the company. supervisors acts like more then owner of company. they will stepped you down. salary is very low and they wont increase but your task is double or tripled. very smelly environment and so many langaw. no doctor or nurse inside and no medicine available to buy inside compound.

    The good thingsnone so far since it only gives you a headache and stress.
    The challengestoo many people who acts more than the owner. You cant grow since your movements are so limited. Almost No Salary Increase.
