    Competitive yet fulfilling.
    The good thingsWorking in retail especially on petroleum industry is very challenging. Good thing is that the company team of executives down to HR are very approachable as they do coaching and mentoring most of the time.

    The challengesWorst management. Does not approach people objectively. They do not respect your personal time or the fact that you have a life outside of the company. Regularization takes way too long. And tools to make you effective for the job take months to be approved.

    The good thingsThe employees are friendly and approachable. They also have a pantry which you can even use as an intern.
    The challengesThe lighting in the office is good for an office environment but the ventilation lacks because the weather condition affects the office environment whether it is on high, low or normal temperature.
