    Salary is quite good but the people are toxic.
    The good thingsThey let us make our plans and goals with timeline. It's a great training for me because it made my analytical skills grow. The salary is good too.
    The challengesDecision making. If you don't have the ability to decide on what you stand for, then, you still need to learn about that. The greatest challenge for me is when i decide to reject the whole container vans from clients that does not reach the required product temperature upon delivery and it is worth millions.
