The challengesThe Challenging part was with people surround you, in term of working habit and behavioral factors. also, on the top management without concerns to those person in behind with. No Objectives, goals and visions. No Support from other departments, money matter is the top priority not for the company success and strong linkage with each other. No organize management strategy and mission.
