very low on salary. that's it and others are quite tolerable.
The good thingsnever the less I enjoy. so I have nothing to say about it.
The challengesthe challenge is you have to budget very well your low salary in order to provide the need of your family. never give chances to crew to promote so never expect in this company. and no bonuses or incentive.
