If you're looking for a good work experience you can start here they have a good training.
The good thingsThey have a good training ground. Good for fresh graduates looking for an experience.
The challengesSalary is low and benefits are not good enough. Your evaluation for promotion and salary increase is not prioritized even if your tenure is long period already if you are contractual. You're more prioritized if your regular. In short, contractual workers are expendable to them. Long period of waiting before you can be regular. Too much politics and sometimes gossiping. Yes they provide accomodations if assigned to project site. They don't know how to take care of their employees unless you're regular.

    Smooth to roller coaster ride!
The good thingsYou can learn a lot from technical to hands-on practical works which provides advantageous career growth if you'll stay working for a sufficient period. Salary release is always on time plus including overtime pay.
The challengesBased from the situation I've been through, it was very stressful and much pressure. I was working without my superior, having a lame assistant and insufficient number of ground personnel. Daily work was almost always in a hurry all the time.

The best company I've ever worked for.
The good thingsThey provided me the opportunity to efficiently develop my skill set, through firm but effective guidance by my peers and superiors, while motivating me to be better at every project assignment I was given. I was also able to build rapport with my coworkers; most of them were really enjoyable to work with. I ultimately gained close friendships that went beyond just professional obligation. It was great to finally meet people I can really trust.
The challengesI had a challenging time balancing my job and my personal life since we usually had 80-hour work weeks on average, but the stress caused by all the workload was ultimately worth it because I was learning something new and worthwhile every day.

Good in Marketing, Business Development, Administrative, Secretarial,
The good thingsI was given a freehand on the relative decisions I have to make. They allow me to go out of the box in doing my responsibilities for the department I am in. Having a great, understanding, and a broad minded boss motivates me more to farther my improvement and keep myself balanced at work and home. This may be one of the top reasons why I am always inspired to come to the office everyday despite the volume of work and deadlines I need to attend to.
The challengesWorking in a construction company as Business Bachelor is a challenge. It's not same as other established business firms where the credibility of the structures do no longer part of the business transaction processes and deals. It is challenging because all works must be in accordance to the existing health and safety guidelines and be penalized, otherwise.

The good thingsI was the first employee that has been regularized within the period of 6 months only. Others took a year or more to be regularized by the company.
The challengesThe challenge for me is the nature of my job, its volume are increasing every day even without salary increase.
