    It's up to you guys if you want to try but I really don't recommend this company to any one.

    The working area are very poor and untidy which is I assigned in Motorpool. The coordinator are feel like superior eventhough she is under my control.
    The good thingsThe administration staffs are accomodating if you have a concern.
    The challengesThere is no challenges on working this kind of company hence, the management dont know how to manage his staff.

    The challengesMust be flexible and ready for the pressure given a boss with high standard yet giving you less benefits.

    The good thingsThe working environment was great. Workers were friendly and easy to cope up with.
    The challengesI challenge those in the top management to see the sacrifices and workloads of their staffs. Please be respectful even if you are the boss. Take time to bond with them to have a more harmonious and productive place to work. This review was for my colleagues.

    The good thingsThe emphasis is always geared towards quality implementation and work efficiency. The Company possessed many construction equipment for proper Project Implementation. The owner is very hand-on which is very good as this levels every expectation for everyone.
    The challengesA structured Project Documentation would be a good addition to its effectivity in Project Implementation. Work Flow process can also be a good addition to its already good management.
