    No carrer growth
    The good thingsThey accept fresh graduate, especially engineers who haven't taken their board exam or engineers who do not have a license. Staffs are nice and the boss are not that strict.
    The challengesNo carrer growth, they have employee evaluation but regularization is not that frequient. No healthcard and uniforms are not free.

    The good thingsI enjoyed my whole stay in the company because of my workmates that were really suportive and always happy during work. I don't feel a lot of stress because they are approachable and willing to help and teach you on the thing that you don't know. I feel the love and concern from them that's why I'm happy and bless that ive been part of the company.
    The challengesIts hard to communicate to our clients especially if they want someone to answer their questions..they are just making sure who to talk to. And it was hard for me to communicate to our president because of being a chinese but knows english ..I don't know what he really wants but I treated him with all respect and care.

    The challengesFront line Receptionists will encounter difficult customers, from time to time, on the telephone and face to face. The manner in which the receptionist handles this encounter will affect the turnaround of the issue and the level of satisfaction from the customer.
