    The challengesIt would take time to have a smooth collaboration with all types of employees, especially the tenured ones. However, if professionalism, sincerity, and respect were practiced, they would be easy to work with.

    The good thingsYou will enjoy and learn more, you will be able to grow as a responsible individual. There are many realistic ang achievable incentives. They vision a chance to provide time freedom and financial freedom. You may encounter many people, rich people and learn from they journey to success. They are all good. They welcome a good life.
    The challengesYou need to learn how to handle obstacle between your dreams and goals. The environment you are belong is so strong that you need to accept that these grouo of people will force you to level up, you cannot stay mediocre. People come and go but you need to be still and do your work as in due time you will reap.
