    Everyday you get a chance to enhance your knowledge by encountering challenging tasks.
    The good thingsThe Management wanted the employees to be more competitive (in a positive way), that every employee tends to pull each other going to the top instead of pulling each other down.
    The challengesSo far none. The company is continuously growing and tends to improve every step of the way not just to be better but to be the best.

    People working here are awesome.
    The good thingsI been working in this company for almost two(2) years as mechanical engineer on heavy equipment, great things happened and I just enjoyed doing my job. Our project sites are located at Quezon City and some others were on the Province of Palawan and Mindoro. Going places adds excitement while doing your job is one of the best experience at J.C. Piñon Construction.
    The challengesSince the company is also engages on Port Development, a certain project in Oriental Mindoro needs a floating barge platform, then we mobilize our barge from port of Manila to Oriental Mindoro. Lots of papers to prepare as Marina requirement and coast guard requirement. When all of the things are ready and were good to go then severe weather condition at stake, reschedule again and back to zero.

    The good thingsI enjoy working with the people in the office. My supervisor provides constant support especially on new hired employees like me.
