    Being trained in Toyota for my future job is really one of a kind and it is something to be proud of.
    The good things, I saw different creatures, with different faces and different personalities. Toyota encompasses great work as a team to provide the best products and service to customers. All my superiors have different personality. They are whole-hearted and willing to share their knowledge.

    The good thingsThe people here are all part of a rather big family, hence we call ourselves Team Members. Their people are their strength and working alongside them is what I enjoyed and hold on to until my last day with the company.
    The challengesThe volume of work is to be expected, as Toyota is the number 1 in its industry. I as an employee under the Accounting Department which is one of the busiest sector in most businesses can attest to this, especially during month ends, those long stressful hours and hips of paper works, but let's just charge it to experience.

    Glamorous but frustrating
    The good thingsDon't get me wrong, I enjoyed working here. As a newly grad without much experience, I've been thankful that I have been given a chance to work at this prestigious company. Working here has really developed my interpersonal and social skills, they train you to be an effective front liner and most of all, they ingrained it in every employee to always provide excellent customer service.
    The challengesDownside: salary is just not cutting it. If you are not a sales agent (ie, just an office employee) the salary may be a bit frustrating. Plus the position advancement is limited. And at that time, there isn't much inter office activities that can lift the stress or make it at least even. But it was just starting when I have worked there, maybe now they have developed more perks.
