Glamorous but frustratingThe good thingsDon't get me wrong, I enjoyed working here. As a newly grad without much experience, I've been thankful that I have been given a chance to work at this prestigious company. Working here has really developed my interpersonal and social skills, they train you to be an effective front liner and most of all, they ingrained it in every employee to always provide excellent customer service.
The challengesDownside: salary is just not cutting it. If you are not a sales agent (ie, just an office employee) the salary may be a bit frustrating. Plus the position advancement is limited. And at that time, there isn't much inter office activities that can lift the stress or make it at least even. But it was just starting when I have worked there, maybe now they have developed more perks.
