    I wouldn't be where I am if not for Jaric.
    The good thingsThe company has helped me grow as an individual. My years here have provided me with the opportunity to get a grasp of the corporate world and how it operates. My team has been exemplary since Day 1 and the owners are generous and down to earth.
    The challengesNot much, if at all. Can't be helped that sometimes fellow employees are the primary challenge.
