    The good thingsThere are definitely great things in Jadine Schindler. They offer premium health benefits to regular employees which you can use at good hospitals in the country. Aside from the health benefits, you are also given rice allowances on top of your monthly salary and when working out of town (not inside metro manila, or simply the city) you are also given additional allowance aside from your pay.
    The challengesProjects are so wide that each individual handles a lot and you have to meet their standards when it comes to work. You have to please each client, as you know the customer is always right, and you have to be in touch with them most of the time.

    The challengesToo many bosses locally and regionally. Too many redundant reports that keep you out of focus from your main duties and responsibilities. Too much protocol and red tape that hampers decisions making and issues that require immediate action.
