    My Experience at JDI
The good thingsMy employer is strict but considerate. Though there are some decline in benefits after my first year, generally, the working conditions and colleagues are good. Location is also near my place of residence
The challengesThere is quite hesitation to invest in the specific area I am assigned. There are issues that should have been addressed earlier. The result is a lot of cramming and rushing in the processes which derails the overall operations.

    Feels like home
The good thingsManagement supportive of everyone. Great little perks for everyone - lunch and learn, quarterly birthdays, pocket parties, etc. Serious opportunity to learn-forward with external seminars allowed, sponsored by the company.
The challengesA few parts of operations need revisit - specifically manpower. Recruitment is sometimes a challenge given our products aren't FMCG. We're outgrowing our workspace so its literally easy to bump into others.

The good thingsThe freedom to express my ideas which usually had positive results. The management is open for my recommendation to automate the process.
The challengesProper selection of heads. Appropriate competencies for managerial personnel.
