The good thingsI learn different thing's and my environment was very okay. My boos and co-workers helps me in performing well regarding my job. my salary was okay but it would be totally fine if i pay more higher. we had benefits like health care,
The challengesIn our work it just normal if we had pressure every time there was a accident happened we are the first person to conduct investigation and we had to finish our report for 2 hours and report it to our superior's. and make a preventive measures so it wont happen again and sometimes i got pressure in my work.
