    The challengesSlow Progress. got stack on a same job for 3 years and above, despite being on top 1 Engineering and Design Company, the compensation is very low. worked almost 6 years still wasn't able to achieve my 3 years salary goal.

    The challengesPoor career growth. Your growth will depend on what projects are available which is very few so basically you won’t have much choice but to make do and go on a chaotic career path wherever they take you. No proper assessment for accurate job description vs actual job done.
