    PROVIDING ACCOMODATION TO THEIR STAFF
    The good thingsvery nice to have free accommodation from the company you working with. Because right now pandemic, its very safe to have accommodation near in the office and its free.

    The good thingsThe good thing here is they will accept you even you don't have any related work experience to the job because they providing a training 1st to you to familiar the job and I really like the free shared accommodation specially I am from province.
    The challengesSince I am a fresh grad all the task is new to me and I know that is the challenge for me for now, but in help of my trainer I know I will be more familiarize and good to my task.

    The good thingsI really like here is they accept me even I am a graduating students, they giving me a chance already while I am waiting for our graduation.
    The challengesActual the company is good also the staff. I know that being a fresh grad and not familiar in new task is hard but still I know to my self that I can handle it in help of my co worker they also easy to approach and ready to help when you have a lot of concerns.

    The good thingsThey treat you a family even though you are still trainee in their company. The trainers are very kind and easy to approach. They are ready to give help every time you need.
    The challengesThe challenges working here is the task since I new to it because I am fresh grad and no related work experience in the task. But the good thing is the trainer are very approachable they will help you always for you to familiarizes the task.

    It's good for those who wants to work part time
    The good thingsThe students are very kind and friendly, and it's easy to reach to the support team whenever there are problems encountered. They also provide all the lesson materials that you need, so it's easy to conduct lessons.
    The challengesThe salary is just enough to get by even if you're a full-time teacher, and there are no other benefits since we are just "freelance" ESL teachers. In terms of schedules, you can book your own students based on your preferred schedule. However, the admins will convince you to take sub-classes or additional classes during your free time or days off, and most of the time, you will feel obliged to take them.
