    MENTORS THAT CAN REALLY TRAIN WELL
    The good thingsJ-K Network Services has employees that can train really well. I've experienced trainers that cannot train well and doesn't take the shoes of their trainees. They keep their pace the way they wanted.

The management treats the employees very well, they are very open to the ideas and they value the employee’s suggestions, the appreciation is much emphasized, they give the best perks and benefits to their employees.
    The challengesSince we are a Recruitment firm, we are talking to the different applicants. And sometimes I encounter talking to the people who have strong personality. That’s a challenge for us because we still have to show patience and humbleness for them even though they are strong.

    The good thingsSticking to the word itself “SPEED” JK Network Services can provide applicants to their clients within a 24 hour period which is actually pretty fast given that they have over 400 plus partner companies.
    The challengesTo keep up with this fast paced approach employees need to be fast and precise at the same time, everyone should be properly coordinated with one another in order to avoid mistakes.
