    The Have this Anual Summit where you will know their plans for the company and their employees
    The good thingsIt's very motivating to work in a company that you you're valued. I like how J-K Network has a specific event where they're laying out their plans for the company and for their employees.
    The challengesIf having a strict company rules and policies is a negative to you, then it is. Although for me, there's nothing wrong with that. You can even practice professionalism more if you're working in a company that is strict with rules and policies.

    Free Meals for their Employees
    The good thingsThe company offers free meals for their employees which is really a plus. Most companies don't do that since it will add on their expense. But in J-K, you know you're valued.

    The challengesThe pressure is real because you need to finish certain task under the least amount of time, doing task without error and doing it under time pressure is really pressure.
