    Team Leaders are very inspiring
    The good thingsI like how my team leader is very supportive to her subordinates and would always ask us our opinion to some matters. She's very engaging as well.
    The challengesNone that is very hard to handle. Just minor stressors that is already normal to every companies.

    Good Company Benefits for Employees
    The good thingsThe company gives enough benefits for their employees to remain in the company. It's really hard to leave a company who gives you lots of benefits and start working in a company who doesn't even provide the government mandated benefits.
    The challengesNothing so far. I also have a good working environment.
