    Less than 1 year in the role
    Very poor management.
    The good thingsYou get to handle multiple projects to enhance your coordination and leadership skills.
    The challengesFickle minded and high tempered boss. You will receive no other benefits aside from the mandated govt. benefits. Leave credits are very low. There is a possibility of being on call after work. The job is okay but the poor management makes it terrible.
