    Exhausting, demotivating, but somehow lenient.
The good thingsI was introduced to a lot of great people and had a lot of fond memories with them, which kept me working there for longer than I thought I'd stay.
The challengesSometimes the management can be quite inconsiderate. They'd sacrifice quality over quantity, and would instill so much pressure, and then blame it all on the team if a project receives a poor feedback, and may or may not give a ridiculously questionable action for that matter.

If you work hard and kept improving your work then you will not go unnoticed.
The good thingsThey at least listen to their employees compared to other employers out there. They gather suggestions and tips how would the production team will be more productive.
The challengesLoads of work at times. Sometimes, practice file are not that important during free time since there are loads of work most of the time. If they want their employee to keep on improving at the quality of work, they should provide training for that (make it personalized). Sometimes practice file are not that helpful, it could make the employee feel exhausted at times.

    Short but sweet
The good thingsIt was brief but I felt their generosity and kindness within that short period I had with them. Working there was fun since our boss is one of the coolest. He could be kind of strict at times but he sure puts you on a pedestal especially when he sees how hard you're working. It was just great.
The challengesI'm supposed to say their working environment but I heard they've already transferred to another office so I believe they've worked it out already.

    happy and/but bored
The good thingspeople are nice, especially the boss. he is really concerned about his employees. there are no nonsense rules, unlike in other companies. pay is okay. hr has its sweet ways that make employees feel loved.
The challengessometimes, the work can be very boring. sometimes, there's nothing to do. there are many days work is finished 4 or more hours before the shift ends. well, we are paid even if there's nothing to do. but when there are many days like that, it's very boring. opportunities for career growth are very limited.
