    a very interesting company to work for, culture is not same per team/department, salary is attractive, but overtime is rampant too, HR not doing much in building better culture and engagement. overall, a good company to gain global experience but not recommended if looking for growth and longevity.
    The good thingsGood starting point if you wish to expand in doing global role may it be in accounting or HR, procurement, etc.
    The challengesmanagement is not much open to feedback from employee causing dissatisfaction and quick employee turn around

    The good thingsThe company provides equal opportunity to all employees, benefits are above market average and culture is very different in a positive manner. You’ll meet a lot of employees that have been in the company for more than a decade already, which is a good indication of the stability and culture of the company.
