    Little to no advancement in career under a toxic boss
    The good thingsFun to work with co-workers who are willingly participating in one goal.
    The challengesToxic boss with no proper management and unfair treatment of employees. The COO is very unprofessional, short-tempered, and acts like a child. He will dismiss people so easily and consistently micromanage his people and power trip to get things done fast with bare minimum standards.
