    The good thingsThe people that i talked and encountered in ITM mostly there recruiters are somewhat treat me as family. Able to feel the concerns you wanted to convey to them.

    Not just agents, friends!
    The good thingsVery supportive agency with perks! The managers always take time to listen to the requests of contractuals and do their best to help them. Company outings, parties and events help build team morale.
    The challengesI guess it depends on the client that you're assigned to. Some companies are just really bad and don't seem to care and even treat contractuals as lesser employees.
