I was a victim of what they call \"POWER- TRIP\"
The good thingsWorking here gives you the time to show your best. I have the focus to showcase my abilities that really amazed my colleagues. The feeling that you know what you are doing really feels so great that you think you are pleasing everyone in the Company and that you are a candidate to Regularization!
The challengesA colleagues that I thought were my friend isn't really true because He lied at me. If only he warned me of certain thing that was planned by his friend then I was able to continue my work here., I got so depressed and because of that I begun to feel graceless in continuing my work here. Coz as long as I was here I can't live peacefully. Thank You

    Change. Improve.
The good thingsAs an employer, they will let you learn all the stuff you need to learn. However, the company is not really that open to changes and improvement as the managers themselves lack the knowledge in handling and in compensating their employees. They don't appreciate if you go beyond what was expected of you to deliver good customer service. Only the manager can appraise you and you cannot go against it
The challengesA lot of power-tripping managers. If they don't like you or want you out of the company, they'll do everything to kick you out of their company. Even managers lack expertise in handling people and the business. Lack of opportunity to grow. Low salary. If there's an increase, you wouldn't know how it is being computed or they were able to come up with such computation.
