However, the company is not really that open to changes and improvement as the managers themselves lack the knowledge in handling and in compensating their employees. They don't appreciate if you go beyond what was expected of you to deliver good customer service. Only the manager can appraise you and you cannot go against it
The challengesA lot of power-tripping managers. If they don't like you or want you out of the company, they'll do everything to kick you out of their company. Even managers lack expertise in handling people and the business. Lack of opportunity to grow. Low salary. If there's an increase, you wouldn't know how it is being computed or they were able to come up with such computation.
