    The good thingsI get to enjoy spotify during my shift.
    The challengesIts a start up company so we are like guinea pigs. But overall its ok. Since we are a small company and we are working ina pharmacy its a little bit stressfull plus I am working 100 PERCENT back office. The pay is ok and the working environment is fun and exciting.

    The good thingsGood place to earn experience, there are a lot of things that needs to be done with this company but they offer the flexibility that more established company don't due to formality in structure and processes.
    The challengesDue to lack of policies, ISTA Solutions needs revision of many areas in order to foster competitive employees that are being honed inside and even more those leaving the company will be given better skills for future career.

    Impressive for first job
    The good thingsExperience is extremely good however not for the weak-heart. Working closely with dynamic personalities is an advantage however management wise I don't think everyone will find it recommendable. Though a start-up, they have the potential to grow bigger.
    The challengesManagement, and lack of policies as a start-up company. Though they've been doing their best to polish areas in need of it.
