    The good thingsGood workplace and a lot of experience i encounter always up to date for safety and opportunity to learn more because always have seminars and the guest speakers from the supplier of chemicals for a new product.
    The challengesthe challenges is less supervision from company officer,because every technician check out in office for the assign task they are responsible for everything to be done to finish the job,including the safety of the clients and the technician as well.
