The good thingsGreat leaders from the top management, no bossy attitude. People oriented and family oriented, they value their people above else. Excellent service provider to clients and the leaders are good motivators. Leaders ensures that their people are having continuous trainings. Positive reinforcement to work force is is always applied in the field force team who are the organization's bread and butter.
The challengesChallenges among team members with different backgrounds, cultures and values but with proper motivation and clear definition of what teamanship means, there will be no barrier to achieve common goal. Difficulty in dealing some misfit top leaders who are too bossy than the executive committee. Sometimes, demotivated people

    My Life with Isopharma, Inc.
The good thingsVery compassionate owner and big bosses. We always have fun during weekly sports activities like bowling. The mid Managers have a clear understanding of the company vision and mission. Since this was a small corporation owned by former Pharmaceutical Med reps who rose from the ranks from their previous companies, they treat everyone like family.
The challengesThere was one member of the Execom who was not very popular among the managers and the rank and file. He was not even popular with the principals. I think he is no longer around.
