    If you want job stability!
    The good thingsPermanent position after probationary period. HMO provided after regularization. Salary Increase upon regularization.
    The challengesSince it is a rural BPO, travelling to get on work on time difficult, especially on bad weather. Salary deduction if comes to work late.
