Gained valuable experience with great teammates while learning to handle workplace challenges.
The good thingsI’ve truly enjoyed working with my former co-workers — they were supportive, talented, and easy to collaborate with, which made the work environment positive and motivating. I also appreciated the occasional bonuses and recognition for good performance. One of the best parts was seeing my growth reflected through salary increases over time, especially when my hard work was noticed by my boss. Being trusted and valued made me feel more confident and driven to keep improving.
The challengesOne of the main challenges I experienced was dealing with unnecessary interference from individuals not directly involved in the workflow. At times, external input affected normal operations and decision-making. It would have been better if responsibilities were left to the designated team members to ensure smoother processes and maintain professionalism in the workplace.

For Newly Grad that needs Good work experience IBDC is for you
The good thingsthey gave me the perfect experience in working in a Construction Firm, i learned mostly the basics and Intermediate Skills that must be attained as a Civil Engineer, if you're a hesitant Engineer, willing to learn in a short term basis in order to efficiently use your youth as an Engineer more effectively, then IBDC is perfect because it is a centralized based firm, where you can learn almost all aspects of engineering.
The challengesAvarage salary and miscommunication with the main office and the job site has been my primary issue, if you're up for it, it is pretty exciting if you are up for pressure and willing to develop good communications skills and courteousness to your superiors.
