    The good thingsExternal trainings held inside the company. For skills training and knowledge advancement. Benefits meal allowances, technical allowances and continuous learning for starters.
    The challengesThe challenges in this company is everyday facing the problems that will happen incase of every failure in a machine and also the claims from the customer to make a counter action to prevent it from happening again.
