The company values employee engagement and fosters a growing learning culture aligned with its principles, though some internal processes still need streamlining for improvement.
The good thingsThe company is committed to employee engagement, actively working on fostering a learning culture, and the talents consistently align with the organization’s core principles.
The challengesSome internal processes and procedures could benefit from better streamlining, but there is ample opportunity for improvement.

    Stressed, Heavy Work Load
The good thingsFriendly colleagues. In a work from home setup.
The challengesAM's and PM's does not communicate their timelines with each other. Their schedules often coincide which causes a heavy workload for the development team. We're developing new features with little to no documentation. Undocumented and unapproved changes. Lack of knowledge in the system and business process causes incorrect details in the FSD, poor project scoping, and longer timelines.

    The company is Growing
The good thingsWorkingn herewill challenge you not just in your field of work but also in your MANNER of work.It teaches you to be resourceful and to have excellent work ethic. The company started small and with little structure, but I am happy to say that it is growing in number, culture, and revenue. Now we have more structure but we still maintain the fun and relaxed working environment. Benefits are better compared to other companies and the management is more supportive. I’m glad to be here. It keeps getting better because everyone is now pushing for growth.
The challengesThe changes are new. You need to be patient and let it happen. There are stressful situations but what company doesn’t have that? The biggest challenge here is everone is expected to bring their 100% because employees are given ownership of their responsibilities.

    Fun but no career growth
The good thingsThe management is considerate and for as long as you get the job done there's no problem. They listen to your concerns but they just listen.
The challengesNo career growth and no salary increase. Processes are not in place. Vision is not clear across all. There is no clear career path for you and no Marketing Department. The structure and procedure is quite lacking in so many ways.

    Stressful, but fun
The good thingsThe management are considering and very nice, the people in the company are fun to work with and very welcoming. Learning new tech in my position is very easy, I added new tricks under my belt by working in this company. They will challenge you to better yourself and to hone your skills.
The challengesI work for a small team in the company and we tend to do more than one projects. The workload is sometimes overwhelming and you may have to work overtime for a lot of days. You sometimes have to crunch for time and have to work as multiple job descriptions.
