    Overall a great place to work!
    The good things-Hybrid setup -Great Benefits -Workers are great -Job is easy not toxic -Salary is almost at par but not that high due to other benefits you get

Meaning multi tool, multi spiel and multi process at the same time.

    Great Company Culture
    The good thingsThe Company has an open-door policy which makes people enjoy the work ambience. The leadership team of IQVIA are approachable and kind-hearted. Everyone is allowed to talk to bosses, employees treat each other like family, and team work is ubiquitous in the organisation.
    The challengesI believe that there is nothing ‘non-challenging’ in our lives, may it be in a personal or professional environment. I guess the challenges at work are the typical adversities that an employee may experience. Challenges are normal.
