    The good thingsThe company pushes me to my limits to keep on improving my skills and also exposes me to different connections in the industry. And as a creative, the criticism given by the managers are well construct and will not offend you.
    The challengesSometimes the creativity of a requestor are having a hard time to give a detail briefing about his/her request and sometimes it took some time for the output to be approved.
