    Pay and benefits are good but challenging if you do not have prior experience in Fund Accounting.
    The good things- Pay is above average compared to industry standards - Benefits are good - 2x a week RTO only
    The challenges- High attrition rate - Lack of experienced/tenured employees on the team leading to new hires not knowing what to do. - Over optimistic deadlines leading to rushed work and errors - Extended overtimes 4 to 7 hours (paid overtime) - No work life balance
