    Stressful yet free. A kind of freedom you'll rarely see in other company but also come with other adversity
    The good thingsThere is definitely a work-life balance. You can opt to decline calls from superiors if it is beyond working hours and they also discourage working overtime.
    The challengesIt would be handling too many superiors. You'll have different kind of boss with different kind of instructions.

    The challengesThe location of my residence was quiet far from my office. I have to wake up early and travel 3:00 dawn every morning to come early due to traffic.

    I'll be working as heavy and light equipment maintenance supervisor for more than 10 years now since I was started in this field of my career.
    The good thingsThe top management is well supportive to the employees even the practice of professionalism is transpired.
    The challengesCompensating the ratio of technical manpower support to the number of volume of equipment is quite far from recommended standard.

    NURSE AS AN ADMIN HRD STAFF
    The good thingsWell I enjoyed my collegues,my job as a nurse the same time admin hr staff, I am giving show cause memos to other employees who are not following rules and regulations,giving memos to absenteeism,and I worked as a field employee thats why it is really a different experience.One of my favorite there is that there is free meal on every event meeting etc..
    The challengesThe challenge is, all employees are male it is really challeging they have different attitudes,beliefs and way of living.also every week I should report to main office.Then if there are accidents outside we need to go to the site for documentation.

    The good thingsmy employer did well to me as per my salary and i was enjoyed my job because i learned a lot
    The challengesI found it difficult to purchase spare parts that is needed by our motor pool because our suppliers has been stop giving us the spare parts that we need because of accounts that is not yet paid
