It had a great working environment and co-workers there were friendly.
The good thingsthe co-workers were so friendly and approachable most especially the operations manager.
The challengesWorking on site was a little bit of a challenge for me because it separated my from my family and I was not able to spend time with them.

When I started at Iploy it was good, but during my last year, it ended bad due to unfair treatment from my Team Leader.
The good thingsThe good thing about Iploy was that the salary was on time and it's fixed weekends off.
The challengesStrict with absences and vacation leave.

It is all common when a new born company to be shaky in all aspect. This company is one of the best example.
The good thingsLess workload to almost nothing for the back office guys. However too much work to do for the OTP guys.
The challengesGetting bored ending up really sleepy because its a nightshift. But you cant easily stand up or talk to anyone for it is a marshall law inside the xompany premises.
