    DIRECT HIRING

    We hire employees directly.

    JOB REGULARIZATION

    New hires start as a probationary employee and will be regularized after 6 months of employment with the company.

    HMO or HEALTH CARD

    We offer free HMO coverage to employees upon regularization.

    PERFECT ATTENDANCE INCENTIVE

    Even probationary employees can enjoy this benefit as long as they qualify on the guidelines of the Perfect Attendance Incentive.

    CONVERTIBLE TO CASH LEAVE CREDITS

    Unused leaves are then converted to cash the following year, either Sick or Vacation Leaves.

    COMMISSIONS

    This is given to Sales employees for their hard work and dedication in attaining their KPIs.

    PROFIT SHARING

    This is given bi-annually to Non-Sales employees for their hard work and dedication.

    CAR PLAN

    This is offered to Managers and Supervisors with at least 2 years of tenure with the company. Also offered to Senior-level employees with good work performance.
