    The challengesLow starting pay is not a reason to stop working because if you put in the hard work, you will be well-compensated.

    The challengesHealthcare benefits limited to few hospitals only which is really inconvenient after the new management took over. Compensation is not enough after how many years working with them. Tenured employees got 150 raised while some got 300 or 500. Compared to those 1+ years got 1k or 2k... No proper computation being presented which was really unfair..
