    Small pay for Big job.
    The good thingsThe job itself is very collaborative with clients and you learn a lot as you navigate through the experiences.
    The challengesHighest management need to hire people from supervisors to top management who actually knows how to plan workflow and set target deliverables better and actually lead people accordingly. They always champion working overtime instead of figuring a way out of how alarming it is to work 16hours a day for the whole week and not being able to take a day off especially when you are not in the healthcare sector.

    Top management doesn't really care about the employees. The only thing important to them are the revenue per month.
    The good thingsI cannot say anything good about this company as I had a very bad experience with them.
    The challengesvery low salary, a lot of overtime, people are exhausted, equipment are exhausted.

    The good thingsOil/Gas inspection will expose and broaden your knowledge and experience in the the field of Petroleum Industry.
    The challengesIf you used to have a regular schedule on a daily basis, the petroleum inspection job is 24/7 operation, working long hours overtime is a normal routine.

    The good thingsI enjoy working in the project because everyday is different in activities and require an attention. The positive side in working here is the work is vast in scope.

    The good thingsOutright basic salary is good. Allowances are generous. Supervisors aren’t too terrible.
    The challengesOverwhelming work. No efficient system in place. OT is a way of life. Opportunities to enjoy life outside of work are non-existent.

    Great learnings and experiences!
    The good thingsManagement is giving. We have high hazard pay and Deduction of tax was implemented immediately. Work is stressful but people are super kind and helpful. I am enjoying my work here even if we have challenges everyday. Rice allowance is great! We have it every month! We were given 2 sacks of rice and cash. We are learning a lot in the lab. Everything is implemented properly. Bosses do not treat us like robots. Global bosses remind everyone to be approachable to everyone. Employees are treated fairly. I Am proud to be working here. Above all, trainings are awesome! I learn a lot in Intertek!
    The challengesLots of samples. This is a good problem however. Important is we are habing fun doing our jobs and people are nice. No attitude problem! Everybody are hardworking. No time for gossipping because everybody is busy. If younare bitter, lazy and all negative, come join us! We will help you to become positive in life!

    The good thingsThey are not very strict on your break time. You can go in and out of the company premises as you like. They also generally doesn't have Saturday and Sunday work but it still depends on your work load. You have the control on your schedule. What samples your going to test on what day depends on you as long as you'll finish all your work.
    The challengesThey are not considerate of the employees' well-being. They don't have any quota on the number of samples they're going to accept. Therefore, there are several times where the number of samples are incredibly overwhelming.

    The Horrible Ending
    The good thingsWell at first it was great and everybody were so accommodating and at some point there were free snacks and meals, but as what the saying goes don't get fancied by those expensive diamonds or else you might get a glass butt and indeed it was. The sad thing about it was they don't really listen to us and they want the two of us to shoulder everything, but the reality is we can't do it anymore.
    The challengesWell if they at least show some kind heart and felt every hard work we have made for the company that would be a great solution to all the weakness of that particular department. Sometimes they have to open their ears and show compassion to the people who have been working so hard just to make the company reach its success. That particular department is really sucks and really insensitive!!!!!!!!!
