Most senior / tenure employees tend to power-trip and very unapproachable. Even if you approach or ask questions to be trained and gain knowledge on your tasks, most employees will torment you, expecting that you know everything. Not recommended for fresh graduates and those seeking for career growth (opportunities for career development is very limited).
The challengesRegular shift is 12 hours. Early day shift (6am to 6pm).

The challengesThe company improved my sales experience while I am in field work. I can manage my own time and supervise my territory. I learn how to handle my stress most especially when I need to meet my quota and calls.
