    The good thingsovertime are payed and you can maximize your overtime if you're a hardworking person.
    The challengesNo individual computer, Slow Computers, Poor office productivity and poor managerial skill of the supervisor and managers. If you are entering Production Engineer expect it to be stressful and no day off.

    The good thingsGiving opportunity to employees, a chance to showcase skills of an employee, to improve self-esteem and self-confidence. Good benefits and incentives for employees. Also, safety is implemented, safety programs for working environment and for everyone on the worksite. The camaraderie among employees. To sum it up, company's giving a great opportunity to everyone willing too work and take challenges.
    The challengesCompany have existing programs that help its continuous improvement. it involves all personnel/employee. It is where operation going smoothly as everyone speaks for themselves, giving current and situational problems and it's possible corrective action and suggestion that will end the said problem. Things like that and I think it will keep the company going strong and continue its improvement.
