each year, there is specific months that you need to do field works and all accounting assistant are required except for valid reasons. The field works is different from your task day to day, and for example you were in your field works, then you have a deadlines on your other work in the office, upon after doing field work you arrived at the office you must doubled your time for you to able to meet the deadline because of the time consumed by it. Sometimes, your team may have your work too if you were gone for long. Likewise, if your team also goes to field work, you must have your initiative to take his/her work. Because you were a team, helping one another is the key.
